For those adults who are interested in learning more about the
Catholic Faith, Good Shepherd Catholic Church holds informational
sessions that cover the basic aspects of our faith. Starting in late
August, we hold a series of weekly evening meetings called the Rite
of Christian Initiation of Adults, or RCIA.
RCIA is held from the perspective that we’re all on our own
journeys
of faith and our paths have come together for a short while to learn
and reflect on how our Lord is calling us. We’ll explore and learn
more about God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit as well as
learn about our Catholic Faith. In these meetings, there will be
some prayer, some discussion, some teaching, and some reflection on
where our faith journeys are leading us.

We all will share this time as co-journeyers of faith in God’s
Spirit – some will elect to join the Catholic Church and some will
not, but hopefully all will gain in the knowledge of how our Lord is
speaking to us.
RCIA sessions will
start Tuesday, August 16, at 7:00PM in the Pastoral Center All
Purpose Meeting Room.. Feel free to contact us for additional information:
